- Arrange the receiving line with ease

- Introduce the speeches by the father of the bride (or whoever is giving you away), the groom, the best man or men, and anyone else
- Provide and setup wireless microphones so the speeches can be heard clearly by everyone
- Keep your guest book circulating to collect messages from everyone

- Keep guests informed at the end of dinner, by announcing your grand exit and transition to your evening party
